Now Accepting Bids for HVAC Repairs

The East Glenville Fire District #3 Board of Commissioners is now accepting bids for Building HVAC repairs at our fire department located at 433 Saratoga Road, Glenville, New York 12302.
Bidders are asked to furnish and install fresh air ducting and small fans to replace the existing failed fan and aging fan control system to provide the code required fresh air at the above location as follows;
• Removal and proper disposal of existing fresh air fan
• Piece of ductwork hung in its place
• New fresh air duct and damper for the large meeting room
• New fresh air fans installed above the ceiling
• New fans connected to the existing fresh air duct
• Fans and new damper wired to run when system calls for heating or cooling
• All necessary electrical wiring to the existing source
• Startup and check for proper operation
• Bidder is responsible for providing necessary lift.
