Notice of Public Hearing — 2027 Proposed Budget

The Board of Fire Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the District's proposed budget for 2027. The hearing is open to the public, and any resident may speak for or against the budget or any item in it.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Proposed Budget of the East Glenville Fire District #3 of the Town of Glenville, State of New York, will be presented to the Board of Fire Commissioners East Glenville Fire District #3, for its consideration.
A PUBLIC HEARING will be held at 6:00 pm at the East Glenville Fire Station, 433 Saratoga Road, Glenville, New York 12302, Town of Glenville, State of New York on the 19th day of October, 2026.
Pursuant to Town Law 181.3(a), the Board of Fire Commissioners must hold a public hearing on the budget, make the proposed budget available to the public prior to the public hearing, allow the public to comment on the budget at the public hearing. This public hearing must be held to allow maximum public participation in the hearing.
A copy of the proposed budget is available at the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Glenville at 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, New York 12302 and the office of the Fire District Secretary at 433 Saratoga Road, Glenville, New York 12302 at the Fire House where it may be inspected by any interested person during the office hours of 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesday through Friday.

A PUBLIC HEARING will be held at 6:00 pm at the East Glenville Fire Station, 433 Saratoga Road, Glenville, New York 12302, Town of Glenville, State of New York on the 19th day of October, 2026.
Pursuant to Town Law 181.3(a), the Board of Fire Commissioners must hold a public hearing on the budget, make the proposed budget available to the public prior to the public hearing, allow the public to comment on the budget at the public hearing. This public hearing must be held to allow maximum public participation in the hearing.
A copy of the proposed budget is available at the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Glenville at 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, New York 12302 and the office of the Fire District Secretary at 433 Saratoga Road, Glenville, New York 12302 at the Fire House where it may be inspected by any interested person during the office hours of 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Tuesday through Friday.
